We cover four areas properly rather than ten badly. A custodian who can be at your door in twenty minutes is worth more than one who covers the whole of London on paper.
Mayfair
Mount Street, Charles Street, Hill Street and the garden squares. Mostly flats above the shops, and a handful of houses behind them.
Belgravia
Eaton Square, Chester Square, Wilton Crescent. Stucco terraces that empty out for months at a time.
By arrangement
Marylebone, Fitzrovia, St John’s Wood, Hampstead, West Hampstead and Notting Hill, subject to a custodian being available. If you are outside these, ask — we will either say yes, or tell you honestly that someone closer would serve you better.
