The company

Custodianship only works if you can name the person holding your keys

No rota, no dispatch queue, no anonymous operative. One vetted custodian is assigned to your property and attends every visit, and you have their name and their record before a key changes hands.

Vetting

Enhanced DBS check, references from existing clients you are welcome to take up directly, and a written service agreement signed before any key changes hands.

Chain of custody

Keys are received in person against a signed receipt, held in a coded safe with no address attached, and released only to a named person on your authorisation list.

When something is wrong

You are told immediately, with photographs, whatever the hour where you are. For water, security or winter heating we act first to prevent damage and call you from the property.
Deliberately left blank

The insurer name and cover levels, the registered company address and number, and our solicitor’s position on whether key holding here is licensable under the Private Security Industry Act 2001. These are blank rather than filled with plausible text, and should be completed before the site is promoted.
