The shape of the agreement
What we do: attend at the agreed interval, carry out the checklist, document and photograph, and report. Key holding and logged release.
What we do not do: cleaning, errands, or any works. We coordinate and supervise contractors; we do not carry out their work.
Payment: monthly in advance. The onboarding survey is charged separately and credited against the first month if you proceed.
Emergencies: where there is a risk of damage or loss we act first to prevent it and inform you immediately.
Notice: as set out in your agreement. On termination all keys are returned to you in person.
Liability: we hold key-holding and public liability insurance. Limits are stated in the agreement and evidenced on request.
